It’s about conceiving bold ideas , validating them through data and experimentation, and bringing them to life with precision and purpose. Think like a founder — identify high-impact business opportunities at the intersection of AI, data, and recruitment technology. Partner with Product, Sales, and Data Science teams to transform conceptual ideas into live, monetizable solutions . 6+ years of experience in strategy, business building, consulting, or high-growth environments (Tech, SaaS, AI, or marketplaces preferred). ~ Strong problem-solving and analytical rigor — balanced with creative, first-principles thinking. ~ Experience working on 0-to-1 projects or building new products, programs, or lines of business. ~ Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape Joveo’s future business landscape.
