We’re building something exciting at Lucky Silk Store by KB — and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant who’s organized, dependable, and has an eye for aesthetics.You’ll work closely with the founders — managing schedules, coordinating with creative & production teams, and assisting in everything from brand research to shoots and content planning.If you’re someone who enjoys structure, communication, and fashion — this might be the perfect fit.QualificationsProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Expense Report managementAssist with brand research, influencer communication, and content organizationManage documentation, scheduling, and timelinesOccasionally assist with travel and event logisticsExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbalGood command of spoken and written EnglishInterest in fashion, design, or creative industriesConfident handling coordination vendor,influencer,production,shoot teamsAbility to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyFamiliarity with the fashion or retail industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications,Fashion or a related field
