We’re building something exciting at Lucky Silk Store by KB — and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant who’s organized, dependable, and has an eye for aesthetics.You’ll work closely with the founders — managing schedules, coordinating with creative & production teams, and assisting in everything from brand research to shoots and content planning.If you’re someone who enjoys structure, communication, and fashion — this might be the perfect fit.Qualifications- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Expense Report management- Assist with brand research, influencer communication, and content organization- Manage documentation, scheduling, and timelines- Occasionally assist with travel and event logistics- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal- Good command of spoken and written English- Interest in fashion, design, or creative industries- Confident handling coordination vendor,influencer,production,shoot teams- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities simultaneously- Familiarity with the fashion or retail industry is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications,Fashion or a related field
