Ltd.will lead state-level business operations in thesolar pump industry, driving sales, operations, and government liaison activities. This leadership position requires a blend of technical expertise in solar/pump systems and strong business acumen to expand market presence and achieve growth targets.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales StrategyDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve state targets and expand market share.Identify new business opportunities with farmers, industries, and government stakeholders.2. Government & Nodal Agency LiaisonBuild and maintain strong relationships with government departments and state nodal agencies (e.g., PM-KUSUM).Manage tendering processes and ensure compliance with government procurement norms.3. Channel Partner ManagementIdentify, onboard, and train dealers, distributors, and EPC contractors.Monitor channel performance and support them in lead generation and closures.4. Project Execution OversightCoordinate with technical, installation, and service teams to ensure timely, quality project delivery.Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.5. Team Leadership & ManagementLead, mentor, and manage state-level teams across sales, operations, and service functions.Align teams with organizational goals and monitor target achievement.6. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain high customer satisfaction levels and handle escalations effectively.Educate customers about product use, maintenance, and subsidy schemes.7. Market Intelligence & ReportingMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes in solar and renewable energy.Provide regular performance and insight reports to senior management.8.
