The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, leadership qualities, and a keen understanding of the healthcare industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.2. Patient Consultation: Conduct consultations with prospective patients to assess their needs, educate them about the benefits of spinal decompression treatment, and recommend personalized treatment plans.3. Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives and support staff, providing guidance and motivation to ensure optimal performance.4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, addressing their concerns, and providing ongoing support throughout their treatment journey.5. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and development.6. Financial Management: Oversee the clinic's financial performance, including revenue generation, expense management, and budget adherence, to ensure profitability and sustainability.7.
