Required Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant with strong academic records and 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite).
Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills required.
Experience as an individual contributor in revenue assurance.
Industry:
Large volume marketplace (B2 C models) / Fin-tech.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate system controls, including system testing, re-computation of commissions, and invoicing.
Identify, recoup, and prevent revenue leakages through contract scrutiny, data review, and process analysis.
Detect financial system discrepancies by testing calculations and reviewing merchant/rider payouts and tax deductions.
Regularly review and monitor data for anomalies.
Liaise with the tech team to resolve system bugs and computation errors.
Demonstrate strong business understanding, accounting implications, and risk identification with appropriate controls.
Understand systems and design financial/accounting reports for business transactions.
Identify merchant/rider frauds through data analysis and report to GRC/fraud teams.
Support the accounting team in identifying reconciliation gaps and addressing accounting impacts.
