The role involves providing technical support, addressing software-related queries, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and supporting accounting functionalities. He/She will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software performance, assist with software deployment tasks, and contribute to ongoing development projects.Qualifications- Good Knowledge of Mongo DB- Basics of Accounting- Background in Computer Science, with an interest in software and data-driven applications- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Familiarity with data analytics or FMCG domains is a plus- Location - Bengaluru- Pay - 22k -25k pm
