Role Description This is a full-time opportunity for a Fresher/Intern specializing in Software Tech Support with a focus on Data and Analytics. The role involves providing technical support, addressing software-related queries, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and supporting data and analytics functionalities. The intern will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software performance, assist with software deployment tasks, and contribute to ongoing development projects. Qualifications - Good Knowledge of MongoDB - Background in Computer Science, with an interest in software and data-driven applications - Proficiency or interest in MERN stack. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Willingness to learn and contribute to new and ongoing technical projects - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Familiarity with data analytics or FMCG domains is a plus - Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
