Responsibilities Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the entire lifecycle of immigration petitions, from initiation to filing. Manage immigration cases, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met. Draft immigration petitions including forms and letters and compile supporting documents. Experience in drafting complete H-1 B, L-1 B, and Green Card petitions for US. Additional experience in other areas of drafting work & family visas for US, UK and Canada will be an add-on. Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation per the company’s protocols. Other support functions to assist the law firms pertaining to immigration services. Qualifications Good Analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal (English) communication skills. Knowledge of using search engines, case management tools, etc. Good experience with Microsoft Suite and the skills associated with them. Dynamic and willingness to work in 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift.
