Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with business goals and user needs. Conduct and apply research to inform and validate design decisions, championing user-centered design practices. Show familiarity with front-end technologies, ensuring design feasibility and technical alignment. 10+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise. ~ Professional level proficiency in design tools and a thorough understanding of design systems. ~ Proven experience leading key design initiatives and mentoring designers. ~ Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex design challenges. ~ Skilled at simplifying complex problems and proficient in leveraging AI to enhance the design process. ~ Well-versed in product management concepts and front-end technology basics.
