  • Support the project development team through planning, architecture, interiors, design concepts, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with all building consultants through all stages of services.
  • Manage all activities between stakeholders, consultants, and contractors in order to deliver projects within scheduled timeframes and budgets.
  • Develop, monitor, and report detailed budgets, schedules, and status on projects.
  • Draw out the overall schedule, timelines and costs of the project.
  • Extract BOQs and create a rate analysis for various inputs and raw materials.
  • Ensure that there is strict adherence to project plans, project design, quality norms, costs and time schedules.
  • Support the technical delivery and implementation of projects including preparation or coordination of working drawings and material selection.
  • Participate in giving advice and alternative solutions to the construction team when required.
  • Maintain a schedule, knowledge and drawing database across all projects.
  • Focus on adopting technologies such as BIM, VR, VDC, etc. to reduce the margin of error, increase efficiency and implement the same across all projects.
  • Engage with various building and construction forums such as NAC, IGBC, etc. and be updated with latest technologies and building materials in the industry.
  • Assist in formulating checklists for best practices across construction sites.
  • Engage frequently with building material suppliers and be up to date with the latest trends in the market.
  • Study the building rules and be up to date with any notifications and GOs that have been released.
  • Assist the project team in preparing schedules, costs, conditions of contract, etc.
  • Provide support during the tender process and assist in developing a database of suppliers, contractors and consultants.
