Location: MumbaiCTC: As per experienceAbout the RoleThe B2B / Demand Manager will drive corporate partnerships and bulk demand generation. This role focuses on securing occupancy through corporate tie-ups, universities, brokers, institutions, endorsements, relocation agencies, and commercial parks. You will play a key role in positioning Union Living as the preferred housing partner for corporates and institutions.Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard corporate partners, institutions, relocation agencies, and commercial parks.- Drive endorsements and partnerships with companies (e.g., Apollo and other large organizations).- Manage the full B2B sales cycle – from prospecting and meetings to closures.- Build monthly demand plans aligned with occupancy targets.- Run targeted B2B campaigns with the marketing team using LinkedIn outreach and email marketing tools.- Negotiate and close long-term housing agreements.- Maintain strong relationships with HRs, admin teams, and corporate stakeholders.- Track demand metrics and prepare performance reports.Requirements- 4–7 years in B2B sales, hospitality, or real estate.- Proven success in corporate tie-ups, endorsements, and bulk demand closures.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.- CRM, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools expertise.What You’ll Get- Ownership of Union’s B2B demand strategy.- Direct impact on occupancy and revenue growth.- Opportunity to collaborate with leadership on expansion and strategic partnerships.
