Lead design/code reviews, performance testing, and advanced debugging. Project Leadership & Execution Own large-scale, cross-functional projects from design to deployment. Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies. Mentorship & Coaching Partner with product and engineering leaders to define technical roadmaps. 8-12 years of experience in backend engineering. ~ Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-performance systems. ~ Strong collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, operations, and business teams. ~ Deep understanding of modern technologies, architectures, and industry best practices, with a keen interest in staying up to date with advancements in the field. ~ Bachelor's degree (B. Tech. or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. ~ Experience in leading or mentoring teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus. ~ Experience with webRTC is a plus We believe in hiring top talent and grooming future leaders by providing a flexible environment to aid growth and development.
