Our mission focuses on advancing unmanned vehicle technology, pioneering robotic swarm systems, and pushing the boundaries of aerospace innovation to address the evolving needs of the Indian defense forces. Our current projects showcase our commitment to cutting-edge solutions, including a solar-powered High Altitude Pseudo Satellite (HAPS) - an unmanned stratospheric platform designed for extended endurance missions, and a versatile Stand-off Autonomous System that can be launched from air or ground for advanced military applications. AIT Engineer is responsible for taking the airframes to a production configuration by integrating and configuring the flight controller and other associated electronics. Candidates should have sound knowledge of engineering of UAVs (FW / VTOL etc.) of various classes and configurations. They should have demonstrable working knowledge of aircraft building, integration and testing for professional applications. Building UAVs from the designs given by the Design and Analysis teams. with PixHawk and peripheral programming to mission requirements. Configuring, integrating and testing on-board avionics like GPS, EO/IR cameras, airspeed sensors, optical flow sensors etc. Tweaking parameters, both on the flight controller and ground control software to achieve optimum aircraft performance and glitch-free operation. Knowledge and debugging experience of propulsion system (IC & Jet Engine) and on-board instruments. Extensive pre-flight testing experience of all on-board instrumentation to find and eliminate performance issues. Basic knowledge of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle platform, sizing, building and configuring UAVs. Awareness of different hardware interfaces and protocols like UART, I2C, SPI, CAN etc and preparing necessary wiring harnesses. Experience in any of the coding languages like C,C++, Python. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electronic circuits and/or programs. Hands-on Experience in integrating electronic components of UAVs. Experience with functionalities of basic GCS like Mission Planner or Qgroundcontrol.. Ability to work with a flexible schedule during peak periods. Demonstrated knowledge and skill on integration and testing of Jet Engine, Fuel system components etc. Basic Requirement (education & relevant experience): Tech with hands-on experience in UAV integration, or B.E/B.Tech with hands-on experience in UAV integration, or Diploma in Engineering with hands-on experience in UAV integration and flight testing.
