By bridging the gap between the technical details of our Cloud Data Warehouse technology and our customers' business goals, this team of technical experts plays a vital role in our company's success.About the roleAs a Technical Services Field Engineer at Firebolt, you will be a critical link between our innovative cloud data warehouse technology and our customers' business needs. In this role, you'll work closely with our Field Engineers to drive the success of proof of concept (POC) initiatives for both customers and prospects. Your expertise will be instrumental in showcasing Firebolt's capabilities and ensuring a smooth implementation process.About the day to dayCollaborate closely with Firebolt Field Engineers to provide technical supportServe as an escalation point for complex technical challenges, offering expert assistance and problem-solvingAssist in the technical aspects of POCs, ensuring a seamless experience and successful outcomesContribute to a comprehensive repository of queries, code snippets, and best practicesBecome a Firebolt expert while continuously staying informed about industry trends in data warehousing, data analytics, AI, and the broader ecosystemRequirementsTechnical experience in data-related marketsExperience with database/data warehouse implementationAbility to deliver complex topics in concise written communicationsDeep understanding of SQL and relational database systemsExperience with analytic use cases, ETL workflows, and BI toolsHands-on experience with APIs and/or SDKWorking understanding of the AI ecosystem and experience leveraging AI tools in a professional settingAbout FireboltFirebolt is the Cloud Data Warehouse designed to handle the speed, scale, and flexibility of AI applications.
