About the function: Response is the Sales function of the Company and contributes over 90% to the Company’s top-line. About the Position: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Copywriter (Creative Group Head / ACD level in an advertising agency) with an experience of 4-10 years to join our creative team. The candidate will need to have a strong portfolio, showcasing their ability to craft compelling, engaging, and effective copy that drives results. He/She will also be responsible for developing high-quality copy for various marketing channels, collaborating with designers, art directors, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional creative work. Areas of Responsibilities: - Write persuasive and creative copy for advertising campaigns - Develop and refine concepts in collaboration with the creative team - Collaborate with designers, art directors, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective creative execution - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work - Present and defend work to internal stakeholders and clients - Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends Requirements: - 8+ years of experience as a copywriter in mainline / digital advertising agencies - Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective copywriting - Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with designers, art directors, and other stakeholders - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines - Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Experience in working with diverse teams and clients
