Remote (PST Hours) | Experience: 3+ YearsRequirements- Degree in Accounting/Finance; NetSuite certification preferred.- 3+ years in NetSuite Financials (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Reporting).- Strong in month-end close, report validation, and reconciliations (e.g., Shopify vs. NetSuite).- Hands-on with O2C and P2P flows; experience in eCommerce settlements.- Knowledge of multi-revenue models across web, retail, and marketplaces (Amazon/eBay).- Proficient in SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, KPIs, and dashboards.- Familiar with integrations (WMS, Celigo, Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, banking).- Strong in process mapping, financial modeling, and data validation.- Excellent in problem-solving, documentation, and explaining real-world scenarios.Responsibilities- Configure and optimize NetSuite ERP modules and workflows.- Support month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.- Manage integrations with WMS, marketplaces, and banks.- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches.- Streamline O2C, P2P, R2R processes and close functional gaps.- Model and track multi-stream revenues and settlements.- Troubleshoot issues, validate data, and ensure accuracy.- Conduct UAT, training, and SOP documentation.- Maintain governance, access control, and audit compliance.
