Remote (PST Hours) |Experience: 3+ YearsRequirements- Degree in Accounting/Finance; NetSuite certification preferred. - 3+ years in NetSuite Financials (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Reporting). - Strong in month-end close, report validation, and reconciliations (e.g., Shopify vs. NetSuite). - Hands-on with O2C and P2P flows; experience in eCommerce settlements. - Knowledge of multi-revenue models across web, retail, and marketplaces (Amazon/eBay). - Proficient in SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, KPIs, and dashboards. - Familiar with integrations (WMS, Celigo, Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, banking). - Strong in process mapping, financial modeling, and data validation. - Excellent in problem-solving, documentation, and explaining real-world scenarios.Responsibilities- Configure and optimize NetSuite ERP modules and workflows. - Support month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, and reporting. - Manage integrations with WMS, marketplaces, and banks. - Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches. - Streamline O2C, P2P, R2R processes and close functional gaps. - Model and track multi-stream revenues and settlements. - Troubleshoot issues, validate data, and ensure accuracy. - Conduct UAT, training, and SOP documentation. - Maintain governance, access control, and audit compliance.
