Every patient is treated as a member of the IndiCure family. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Guest Services Coordinator. The Guest Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing guest services, handling phone calls/e-mail/whatsapp messages, maintaining communication, arranging pick-up and drop, updating CRM and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis. The role requires interacting with patients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing support and assistance as required. Qualifications Guest Services and Customer Service skills Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Coordination and related administrative skills Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field
