The Guest Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing guest services, handling phone calls/e-mail/whatsapp messages, maintaining communication, arranging pick-up and drop, updating CRM and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis. The role requires interacting with patients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing support and assistance as required.QualificationsGuest Services and Customer Service skillsPhone Etiquette and Communication skillsCoordination and related administrative skillsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the healthcare industry is a plusBachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field
