Job Description: Are you a seasoned Human Resources Manager looking for freelance opportunities to utilize your expertise in managing and developing talent? Workafy is seeking experienced HR professionals who can lead HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. We are looking for individuals who can effectively align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a fair and efficient hiring practice.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
