Built along side Supreme Court advocates and partners at India's top law firms, Atherna helps lawyers cut through the noise, automate chronologies, build arguments, generate court-ready drafts and win cases faster. We are moving fast, and we are looking for a high-energy Growth Intern to work directly with the founder to build our customer acquisition engine from the ground up.The RoleThis is not a "make slides and fetch coffee" internship. You will be operating at the intersection of Sales, Content Marketing, and AI.Your mission is simple: get maximum number of lawyers in India to try Atherna. You will implement a multi-channel growth strategy involving outbound prospecting, inbound authority building, and strategic content. You will test, iterate, and eventually build the playbook that powers our sales team.What You'll Do1. Outbound GrowthProspecting: Identify high-potential litigation lawyers and firms using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, legal directories, and creative research methods.Campaign Management: Execute founder-led outreach campaigns. You will draft hyper-personalized emails and DMs that sound human, relevant, and compelling—never spammy.Optimization: A/B test subject lines (e.g., efficiency vs. accuracy angles) and value propositions to see what actually books meetings.2. Build Authority & ContentContent Engine: Own the company’s LinkedIn presence. You will turn complex legal-tech concepts into engaging weekly posts, case studies, and "hacks" for modern lawyers.Resource Creation: Help create high-value lead magnets (e.g., workflow audits, whitepapers) and ensure they reach the right audience.Community Engagement: Assist in organizing and promoting monthly webinars/live events with early adopters to build trust within the legal community.3. Growth OpsStack Management: Manage our growth stack (CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn, Email tools).Data-Driven Decisions: Track open rates, click-throughs, and conversion metrics to tell us what is working and where we need to pivot.AI Leverage: Use tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude to supercharge your research, writing, and data analysis workflows.Who You AreAI-Native: You don’t just "know" ChatGPT; you think in prompts. You use AI to automate boring work so you can focus on strategy.A Persuasive Writer: You can write crisp, clear, and professional copy. You understand that selling to lawyers requires a different tone than selling D2C products.Relentlessly Curious: You want to understand how B2B startups grow. You are ready to learn the nuances of the Indian legal market.Analytical & Creative: You can come up with a wild marketing idea, execute it, and then open a spreadsheet to see if the math makes sense.Tool-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot/Airtable, Notion, or cold email software is a massive plus.What You'll GetFounder Mentorship: Work directly with the founder. You will see exactly how a startup goes from "product" to "business."Real Impact: The leads you generate and the content you write will directly impact our revenue.Portfolio Building: You will leave this internship with a proven track record of building sales pipelines and marketing campaigns.Future Opportunities: High performers will be first in line for a full-time role as we scale.DetailsType: Internship (2–3 months, flexible hours ~20-30/week).
