In this critical role, you will manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring our scientific teams have the materials they need without disruption. You'll be responsible for everything from strategic negotiations, vendor management, and ensuring cost-competitive pricing. What You'll Do End-to-End Procurement: Handle the entire procurement cycle (RFI/RFQ, comparative analysis, negotiations, PO placement, and follow-up) for Biology raw materials . Strategic Sourcing: Collect and analyze market data, price history, and competition details to build robust sourcing strategies and achieve cost-saving targets. Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison with vendors. Coordinate to get samples, technical documents, facilitate vendor qualifications, manage GMP audits, and resolve
