Targeting: Strong React Developers with exposure to at least one ROR projectRole OverviewWe are looking for a React-focused Full-Stack Developer who also has hands-on experience working with at least one real-world Ruby on Rails project . In this role, you will primarily drive the front-end architecture using React while contributing to the back-end using Ruby on Rails within a AWS hosted containerised environment.You will work on scalable web applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams in sprint cycles, and contribute to testing, deployment, and architectural decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesFront-End (Primary Responsibility)Develop rich, responsive, and dynamic user interfaces using React (mandatory)Build and optimize SPAs, reusable components, hooks, and state management patternsWork with HTML templates (ERB) and StimulusJS where necessary for hybrid renderingHave thorough knowledge in GitHub, preferably accustomed to the use of GitFlowEnsure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimizationBack-End (Secondary – ROR Experience Required)Contribute to Ruby on Rails development for APIs, business logic, and data modelsMaintain and extend at least one Rail-based module, feature, or serviceAssist with integrating React front-end with Rails back-endFull-Stack & DevOps ResponsibilitiesWork in a fully C ontainerised development environmentEnsure quality using Capybara, Selenium, and MinitestParticipate in month-long sprints managed through NotionCollaborate via GitHub for version control, PR reviews, and code discussionsWork with AWS (S3, SQS, CloudWatch) for storage, messaging, and monitoringTroubleshoot and improve existing systems for performance and reliabilityContribute to architecture discussions and adopt best practices in security and optimizationTechnical EnvironmentReact (Main Front-End Framework)Ruby on Rails (latest version)PostgreSQLStimulusJSCapybara, Selenium, MinitestAWS (S3, SQS, CloudWatch)GitHub, NotionOpenAI Integrations (where applicable)RequirementsMust-Have5+ years of total experience in web developmentStrong hands-on React experience (primary skill requirement)Experience building SPAs, reusable components, hooks, and performance-optimized UIsAt least one real-world Ruby on Rails project (feature/module/production app)Good understanding of REST APIs, web architecture, and PostgreSQLExperience working in C ontainerised environmentsExcellent with HTML, JavaScript, StimulusJS, and ERBExperience writing automated tests (Capybara, Selenium, Minitest)Experience working in Agile teams (Notion/Jira)Good to HaveExperience with AWS (S3, SQS, CloudWatch)Exposure to OpenAI API integrationsKnowledge of NginxPerks & BenefitsCompetitive salaryWork with a collaborative and inclusive remote teamContinuous learning and upskilling opportunitiesChance to work on modern, real-world AI-driven and scalable products*********Immediate Joiners Preferred**********
