With a strong client portfolio across industries, we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager – Technology to lead hiring operations and drive client success.Role OverviewThe Recruitment Manager – Technology will be responsible for driving technology hiring across mid-to-leadership roles, managing client relationships, and leading a team of recruiters to ensure delivery excellence. This is a leadership role within the staffing business, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for technology positions (IT, Product, Engineering, SaaS, Digital, etc.).- Handle leadership and niche hiring mandates for clients.- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.- Mentor and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and maintain quality standards.- Develop and implement innovative sourcing and assessment strategies.- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, quality of hire, client satisfaction) and ensure delivery excellence.- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design effective talent acquisition strategies.Requirements- 5+ years of experience in recruitment with a strong focus on technology hiring in a staffing/consulting firm.- Proven expertise in handling mid-to-senior/leadership hiring.- Strong understanding of technology roles, skillsets, and market trends.- Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a recruitment team.- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).What We Offer- Opportunity to lead technology hiring for top clients.- Growth-oriented role in a fast-paced staffing environment.- Exposure to leadership hiring and strategic talent consulting.- Dynamic and collaborative work culture.
