Mandatory Skills 3–5 yrs experience in Infor Lawson HCM – Payroll (PR) Strong hands-on knowledge of PR (Payroll), HR (Human Resources), PA (Personnel Administration), BN (Benefits) Experience with Lawson S3, LSF/Process Flow , integrations & interfaces Experience with payroll integrations to benefits providers, 401k vendors, banking systems . SQL proficiency + Lawson reporting tools (BIRT/Crystal/BI ) 2+ yrs payroll processing/support (tax, garnishments, year-end W-2/1095-C) Strong troubleshooting and payroll functional understanding ???? Required Responsibilities Support & administer Lawson HCM Payroll, HR, Benefits, T&A Resolve Tier 2/3 payroll system issues Build/maintain interfaces (time, benefits, banking) Execute testing for upgrades/changes Maintain documentation & support payroll teams ????
