IMS nucleii : IT Support Services Website : (https://imsplgroup.com/) Job Description : Shift Timing : 03:30 AM to 01:00 PM In Day light Saving : 04:30 PM to 02:00 PM Essential Job Functions Support to Finance and Operations • Accurate data entry of timesheets for Contractor PAYG and ABN payroll • Assist with invoicing clients • Filing timesheets and payroll invoices • Assist with managing contractor hour allocation burndown • Assist with client timesheet approval reports • Data entry of Accounts Payables (AP) • Assist with allocating payments (AR) • Using Aged Receivables reports chase up outstanding accounts • Other varied tasks as required. Skills/Abilities • Previous accounting experience in small/medium business will be beneficial but not mandatory. • Understanding of Finance processes and accounting software such as MYOB and Astute Payroll (desirable) • Strong MS Excel ability • High level of attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, and clients. • Able to maintain autonomy and discipline in an unsupervised environment. • Have a commitment to teamwork and co-operative work practices • Be available to liaise with other staff online via instant messaging and emails
