Sr. ServiceNow DSO (DevSecOps)_Hyderabad_Contract_(with top fortune 40 captive FMCG)Job Title: Sr. ServiceNow DSO (DevSecOps)Location: Anywhere in India (Remote)Job Type: Contract Role (Duration: 3-6 months)Location: Anywhere in India (Remote)Experience: 10+YearsJD:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. ServiceNow DSO (DevSecOps) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, DevSecOps practices, and a proven track record of managing and enhancing notification solutions, automation, and organizational change management.Key Responsibilities:Conduct design reviews of the existing non-major notification (SMS/voice) solution to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Automate the catalog onboarding process for teams to P3, P4, and P5 SMS/voice notifications, streamlining communication and response times.Redesign and standardize notification templates to ensure consistency and clarity across all communications.Translate incident notifications into multiple languages to support a diverse and global user base.Automate DL (Distribution List) maintenance to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.Lead organizational change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.Provide Hyper Care and support for a period of 3 months post-implementation to ensure stability and address any issues.Enhance the MIM (Major Incident Management) workbench to improve incident response and resolution times.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years of experience in ServiceNow and DevSecOps practices.Strong understanding of notification systems, automation, and incident management.Proven experience in organizational change management and process improvement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Skills:Experience with multi-language translation and localization.Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.Certification in ServiceNow or related technologies.
