Job Title: IT Infrastructure Bid ManagerLocation: ChennaiJob Summary:The IT Infrastructure Bid Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process for IT infrastructure projects, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning proposals. They will lead cross-functional teams to ensure bids are aligned with client needs, competitive, and meet all requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate IT infrastructure project opportunities.- Develop winning bid strategies aligned with client needs and business objectives.- Analyze RFPs, assess feasibility, risks, and compliance requirements.- Lead cross-functional bid teams (technical, financial, legal, etc.) to develop compelling proposals.- Coordinate inputs, manage timelines, and ensure on-time, high-quality submissions.- Engage with clients throughout the bid process, including presentations and negotiations.- Track bid performance (win rates, volumes) and implement process improvements.Skills and Qualifications:- 15year Total experience and min 5+ years in bid management or similar roles, preferably in the IT infrastructure Products and Services- Bachelor's Engineering degree MBA / MCA in IT, Electronics, Computer Science.- Familiarity with IT infrastructure technologies (e.g., Server, Storage, SAN, Networking, Security Appliances, Cloud, Virtualization, Backup, Managed Services, AMC Services etc)- Experience with bid management software and tools.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Preferred Skills: - Experience in handling multiple OEM Products and Solutions and OEM connect.
