Promotion & Data Calling
Conduct data calling for seminars, webinars, or promotional events.
Track responses, follow-up, and update excel sheets accordingly.
Fees Collection Monitoring
Ensure Weekly & Monthly Fee Collection Targets are met through tracking and team coordination.
Coordinate with Exam Head for:
Exam Schedules (Shift-wise)
Absent Calling
Academic Performance Analysis
Weekly Marks Analysis
Monday Question Paper Analysis with subject faculty
Share academic progress and performance gaps
Compare scores of online vs. offline exams
Schedule counselling sessions in coordination with the Centre Head and available staff.
Ensure counselling execution for student progress and parent engagement.
Syllabus Completion (Shift-wise)
Liaise with management for issue resolution.
Graduate in any discipline (Education/Administration background preferred)
Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with student management software (e.g. Arihant Academy is Mumbai’s premier coaching institute for SSC, ICSE, CBSE, Science and Commerce. Transforming students via our child-centric, service-oriented focus on results
