Join Betterhood as a Founder's Office InternAt betterhood ( we're building a new-age D2C health & wellness brand with a mission to help people live pain-free, healthier lives. As a Founder's Office Intern , you'll work closely with the founders and core team, gaining firsthand exposure to how an early-stage startup is built and scaled.Role: Founder's Office InternDuration: 4 monthsStipend: ₹10,000/monthLocation: On-site (Bangalore, Kasvanahalli Area)Working Days: 6 days/weekTimings: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Work directly with founders across multiple functions – strategy, operations, content, growth, and partnerships.Solve day-to-day problems with a "get-things-done" mindset.Support process building, market research, and data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute key projects.Take ownership of high-impact tasks that move the needle for the business.Who You Are:A self-starter, hungry to learn and contribute.Strong with problem-solving, organization, and Excel.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.Interested in startups, D2C, and health & wellness.Early experience, freshers or final-year students are welcome.
