In this client-facing role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end management of multiple client accounts, driving performance through strategic campaign optimization while building strong client relationships. You will focus primarily on serving eCommerce clients across various platforms including, but not limited to, Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.Technical requirements3+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behaviorExperience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshootingFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Basecamp)What you’ll doManage 4-6 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clientsIdeate, manage, and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon) to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and ROASDevelop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitationsStrategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaignsDemonstrate deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practicesMaintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targetsBuild insightful reports with actionable insights for clientsExpand to new, innovative platforms when relevantCompany benefitsFreedom to work remotely28 days of annual leave (including your local public holidays)Health and well-being allowanceAnnual learning and development allowanceRemote work setup allowanceWe're constantly improving our benefits and would like to understand from our early team members what matters the most to them
