Role type Full-time and fully remote (US hours: 2 pm - 11 pm IST) Salary range ₹12 L - ₹15 L per year Who are we looking for We seek a humble, driven, and skilled Paid Media Manager to join our client’s team, an award-winning US-based digital marketing agency.

In this client-facing role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end management of multiple client accounts, driving performance through strategic campaign optimization while building strong client relationships.

You will focus primarily on serving e Commerce clients across various platforms including, but not limited to, Google, Meta, Tik Tok, and Amazon.

Technical requirements 3+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50 K+ Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads, Amazon Advertising) Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behavior Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Basecamp) What you’ll do Manage 4-6 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients Ideate, manage, and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, Tik Tok, Amazon) to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and ROAS Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns Demonstrate deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets Build insightful reports with actionable insights for clients Expand to new, innovative platforms when relevant Company benefits Freedom to work remotely 28 days of annual leave (including your local public holidays) Health and well-being allowance Annual learning and development allowance Remote work setup allowance We're constantly improving our benefits and would like to understand from our early team members what matters the most to them
