The system acts as a sensor network, capturing vital data about rural dynamics, which helps to build an empathic AI that meets the real needs of the billion-strong population underserved by current digital models.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Data Scientist based in Bengaluru. The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models, conducting data analysis, and extracting insights to support decision-making processes. Daily tasks include developing data pipelines, analyzing large datasets, creating data visualizations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with our Labour OS.

Expertise in Data Science, Data Analysis, and Data Analytics
Strong proficiency in Statistics and Data Visualization
Proven experience with machine learning models and AI technologies
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar tools
D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience working in rural markets or with agricultural technology is a plus
