We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead our AI-driven Code Generation initiative.
Imagine an AI that can read a feature request and automatically generate clean, maintainable, and production-ready enterprise code. That's what we're building, and we're looking for a senior technical leader to spearhead this ambitious project.

As our lead Senior Data Scientist, you will be both the architect and a key builder. You will own the technical roadmap, design a rigorous benchmark framework to validate the AI's output, and write the core Python code for our evaluation and generation pipelines. This is a unique opportunity to make a massive impact at the intersection of Generative AI and enterprise software.

What you'll be doing:
Leading the technical strategy for our AI code generation platform.
Building a "benchmark-first" framework to rigorously test AI-generated code.
Developing sophisticated LLM-based agentic workflows and prompting strategies.
Collaborating closely with domain experts to ensure the AI's output meets the highest standards of quality and maintainability.
We're looking for a leader with:
~5-8+ years in Data Science/AI, with 3+ years focused on LLMs.
~ Expertise in Python and a strong software engineering mindset.
~ Experience architecting and leading complex AI projects.
~ Ready to build the tools that will build the future?
