Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Creative Strategist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the ideation and execution of creative strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring that the campaigns align with our client’s goals and brand vision. The Creative Strategist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and account managers, to develop and deliver high-impact creative solutions that drive results. This is a full-time, 5-day work-from-office role based in Andheri East, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy Development:

Develop and implement innovative, integrated creative strategies for various clients, ensuring that ideas align with both the brand’s goals and target audience.

Campaign Conceptualization:

Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with internal teams to create compelling, fresh ideas for campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other marketing channels.

Client Collaboration:

Work directly with clients to understand their needs, vision, and objectives, translating these insights into effective creative solutions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring consistency and coherence across all campaign materials.

Trend Analysis and Insights:

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, creative tools, and consumer behavior, using these insights to inform and shape strategy.

Creative Briefs:

Write clear and inspiring creative briefs that outline campaign objectives, audience, messaging, and deliverables.

Campaign Monitoring and Optimization:

Oversee campaign execution and ensure that creative deliverables are on schedule, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and achieve desired outcomes.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure that all creative outputs are aligned with the brand’s identity and communicate the desired message clearly and effectively.

Creative Leadership:

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping them grow their creative and strategic skills.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience: 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, or a similar role in a fast-paced agency environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design, or a related field.

Creative Vision: Strong understanding of how to develop and execute compelling, innovative ideas across various digital and traditional media platforms.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to present and pitch ideas clearly and confidently to clients and internal teams.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, consumer data, and campaign performance to optimize creative strategies.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team, sharing ideas and learning from others.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with creative tools and platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design and presentation tools.
