Location: Pune
️ Working Days: Monday- Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
⏰ Work Timings: - 09:00am - 6:30pm

Looking for candidates with prior experience of working in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
Job Description
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is maintained at optimal levels.
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to replenish stock when needed.
Ensure that inventory is stored correctly and is easily accessible.
Order Processing and Fulfillment:
Oversee the processing of orders from customers.
Ensure orders are completed accurately, and timely dispatch is arranged.
Coordinate with warehouses to pick, pack, and ship orders.
Transportation and Distribution:
Plan and schedule shipments for products.
Negotiate and manage relationships with transport providers to ensure the best rates and timely deliveries.
Track the movement of goods and address any delays or issues.
Supply Chain Coordination:
Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and production to ensure smooth flow of goods.
Analyze and resolve any issues in the supply chain, such as delays, discrepancies, or stock shortages.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all transportation and import/export documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Stay updated on customs regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements.
Maintain records related to deliveries, shipments, and inventory.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.
Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors.
Budget and Cost Control:
Monitor logistics costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
Assist in budgeting for transportation, warehousing, and inventory.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
Quickly resolve any logistical issues that may arise, such as damaged goods, shipping delays, or customer complaints.
Coordinate corrective actions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on logistics operations and performance.
Analyze logistics data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Technology and System Management:
Use logistics software and tracking systems to monitor shipments, inventory, and deliveries.
Stay updated with new technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's in Engineering or Graduate's Degree in Operations or Business
● Proven working experience of 3+ years in logistics management
● Record of successful distribution and logistics management, prior experience with organisations like Blue Dart, Gati, Safe Ex preferred.
● Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
● Proficient in standard logistics software
● Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
● Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
