Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tele sales and a deep understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. They should also be familiar with the financial industry, able to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:
Conduct tele sales activities to generate leads and convert them into clients.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and engage with potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable loan products and financial solutions.
Market Research and Strategy:
Research market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in the financial industry.
Develop strategies to improve lead generation and client acquisition processes.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless loan processing.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the financial or loan industry.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and client engagement.
Strong understanding of the financial sector and loan products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial planning or banking will be an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
