About the Role:- We are looking for a results-oriented and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid acquisition strategy and optimize our digital marketing performance across channels. Your expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and optimisation will be pivotal in driving growth and maximizing ROI across all channels. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for managing campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement Role & Responsibilities:- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimisation purposes Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualisation dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs) Required Skills:- 4 - 5 years of experience in managing performance campaigns Strong data analytical skills Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns is a must Knowledge of Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and third-party affiliates such as Taboola, Agdebra is must Why Join Us?
