Fashion Consultant cum Store Manager in GK 1 N Block, South Delhi

We seek a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Fashion Consultant cum Store Manager for our flagship 1000+ sq. ft store in GK1 N Block Market, South Delhi, Delhi-110048. The ideal candidate should understand Women's Ethnic Fashion and Styling details, keeping a keen eye for current fashion trends. In addition to creating an impact while attending store walk-in clients with a passion for delivering a memorable customer experience, this role involves inspiring and leading the current store team of two, i.e. one Assistant Sales Manager and one Helper. The candidate will also be responsible for managing the store.
Job Description:
- Styling Expertise: The candidate should offer tailored styling advice based on customer preferences and season. Hence, guiding customers through product selection and creating a smooth and enjoyable shopping journey.
- Sales Excellence: Promote new arrivals, exclusive collections, and store promotions to boost sales. Maintaining impeccable store standards by ensuring an organized, aesthetic, and welcoming layout.
- Zero stock out at Store - Co-ordinate with our Factory to ensure all stock whose fabric we have inhouse is supplied on time by daily monitoring stock levels at the store to ensure availability without overstocking or wastage
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about fashion trends and product offerings to provide the best recommendations.
- Transaction Management: Process sales, customized order and exchanges with accuracy and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold customer satisfaction.
- Fashion Designer Mindset: Stay connected with our in-house NIFTian Fashion designer about USPs of Products justifying price range
- Marketing Input: Strategies and participate in marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and footfall.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Women's Ethnic Fashion sales in Retail is a must
- Fluent Verbal and Written communication skills - English and Hindi
- Bachelors/Masters in Fashion Design from Fashion Management, Retail Management, Business Administration, or related Field
Technical Skills
- Strong Communication & Sales Skills
- Proficient in English and hence able to attend to customers over Call and WhatsApp
- Good technical knowledge of garment construction and finish
- Proficient in working at MS Excel and Billing Software
Salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month as per relevant experience
