Job Description
Calling Franchise Sales Professionals / Franchise Development Manager / Business Development Manager / Inside Sales Manager for a fast-paced high growth franchising career at FranchiseBazar Bangalore Head Office.
This opening is very Suitable for F Candidates as well, as it is primarily inside sales and does not involve fieldwork. This is purely for sales professionals who are confident of closing deals in the B2C space and have sold franchisees or appointed franchises, dealers, distributors, agents or channel partners or have been working with investors in their previous roles.
You will have to be an entrepreneur at heart, have great verbal presentation, strong track record of revenue generation, understand different types of businesses and have a consultative selling approach to sell new opportunities to entrepreneurs looking at starting a new business.
Role Description
1. Franchise Development For Key Accounts: You will be the franchise development manager for multiple brands that we work closely with and will be in charge of recruiting franchises for these brands as per their specific requirements. You will strategize each client's expansion plan to recruit franchisees for them and work closely with our Digital Marketing Teams to get your brands the desired leads and results after they come on board with us using our platforms and offer franchisee onboarding solutions to clients seeking business expansion and ensure that you achieve customer satisfaction as per FranchiseBazar corporate guidelines.
This is focused purely on Generating Revenue and building a pipeline of successful franchise prospects.
2. Entrepreneur New Business Consultant - You will have to be proficient in working with investors and prospective business seekers and work with entrepreneurs who register on FranchiseBazar as their personalized coach and assist them in identifying the brands that could match their requirements and help them buy a business that matches their requirements. You will also work with Franchise Sales Interns / Executives who work with a large number of entrepreneurs and help them to filter the right entrepreneurs from the franchise leads they manage.
3. Play the Match-Maker: Connect Triparty calls with Brands as per the requirements of Entrepreneurs who have registered with us and are seeking opportunities of their choice. You will have to be able to negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchise and enable the transaction, helping our teams to broker the deal.
4. Experience: We have 2 openings.
Franchise Sales Executive and Franchise Sales Manager
This position is not for Freshers and is only for BDE with a track record of selling atleast 50+ franchisees / appointing dealers / distributors in their previous role.
BDM- 3-5 Years
5. Package:
Salary Package / CTC
Franchise Sales Manager: ₹10L P.A.
Assistant Franchise Sales Manager: ₹8L P.A.
Franchise Development Executive / Inside Sales Assistant: ₹6L P.A
For The Above Roles: 60% is Fixed and 40% is Variable based on Performance/Targets Achieved.
The Package will be divided into 60% as Fixed and 40% is Variable based on Performance/Targets Achieved for both the positions.
6. Other Responsibilities:
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
• Rigorous calling on daily basis
• Sells our brands by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information. You will need to be very good at Microsoft excel.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Being Multilingual is a huge plus as you will be able to connect with a larger variety of consumers spread across the country for us. Fluent English is Compulsory along with knowledge of spoken Hindi & any other language/s.
Location: Bangalore Head Office
Outstation Candidates will need to relocate at their own costs, upon approval of your candidature via SKYPE video conferencing rounds and must stay close to the office.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
· 3+ years of franchise sales and account management experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a fantastic command on English.
Once again, this role is purely for candidates who already have done sales / master franchising / franchise sales / recruitment of franchises and appointment of franchise partners / dealers / distributors. Having a good knowledge of Microsoft excel & Microsoft word will also be beneficial.

Education, Experience, Language and Other Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Preferably in Marketing, Commerce, Sales.
2) Prior Franchise Sales Experience with very good franchisee sign up track record.
3) Language Fluency:
• English, Hindi & Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam / Any One South Indian Language for South Indian Markets as you will work with clients in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Kerala & AP.
• English, Hindi & Gujarati/Marathi- West India Team for clients in Gujarat / Rajasthan / Maharashtra.
• English, Hindi / Punjabi - North India Team for clients in Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana & Central India.
