We invest and manage commercial real estate including office and warehousing properties and plan to grow portfolio to over 5 million sq. ft. We are looking for dynamic individual to join our Commercial Leasing team focused on maximizing occupancy / rentals at our existing and upcoming projects. Strategic Planning & Leasing- Formulate and execute targeted leasing strategies for commercial properties, identifying and prioritizing high-potential clients and sectors to optimize occupancy rates. Client Engagement: Conduct impactful presentations and proposals for prospective clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and crafting tailored solutions that effectively close deals. Channel Partner Relationships: Nurture strong relationships with IPCs,. brokers and channel partners to enhance brand visibility. Leasing Process Management: Oversee the entire leasing process from negotiations to the execution of Lease Deeds, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with best practices. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and present detailed inventory and lease management reports, providing valuable insights into market trends and the performance of leasing strategies
