About The Role
This position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for formulating/leading/executing marketing thought strategy to propel company growth. As the Team Lead, you will be the company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for guiding workflows, ensuring that marketing programs are developed on time and on budget, and mentoring a team who are responsible for the delivery of creative marketing work across all channels.
What You’ll Do
·        Provide thought leadership to develop global marketing strategies to support and sustain our organization’s business growth.
·        Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
·        Work directly with large clients to ensure their marketing campaigns are executed properly.
·        Create and manage marketing budgets and monitor costs.
·        Develop and implement brand strategies to build Hot Fuego brand equity.
·        Be custodian for the organization's brand guidelines & brand management across all its verticals & geographies.
·        Directly work with the entire leadership team to create growth strategies, new product/service offerings and brand extensions.
·        Build and inspire the entire marketing department.
·        Manage and optimize the use of digital marketing methods to increase traffic and online demand for our services, and for those of our clients.
·        Lead communication strategy for marketing initiatives and social media campaigns.
·        Plan, execute, and measure lead generation programs to grow the entire business.
·        Oversee the creation of marketing materials/collateral including websites, presentations, brochures, graphic design, UI/UX design, etc.
·        Work with our data analytics team to generate/automate business intelligence reporting metrics/analytics to measure/track marketing department performance and measure customer success.
·        Oversee the creation of case studies to promote our company success and the success of our clients.
·        Responsible for overall strategic brand management.
·        Organize and/or ensure on-going educational opportunities for our marketing staff.
·        Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
·        Organize PR related activities to showcase the company and its leadership’s industry strengths.
·        Provide SEO thought leadership.
·        Drive a culture of high performance and engagement.
·        Accountable for team performance through teaching, coaching, and providing meaningful feedback to build capabilities.
Who You Are
·        Minimum 8+ years of marketing industry experience, with minimum 5+ years of managerial experience.
·        Have an MBA, or master’s degree (or better) in Marketing or similar field of study.
·        Must possess a deep knowledge of the marketing and creative processes and how they must work in an integrated way to deliver excellent work and results.
·        Must be extremely fluent in English.
·        Must have exceptional communication skills (oral and written) and excel at making presentations.
·        Must be able to lead, inspire, and direct team members.
·        Must be highly operational and organized.
·        Must be detail oriented.
·        Must work well in a dynamic, digital first environment.
·        Must be able to filter, prioritize, analyze, and validate complex marketing concepts and procedures and articulate original thoughts on the same.
·        Must be able to create and manage a continuous cycle of iterative testing: designing roadmaps, performing analysis, generating insights, calculating business impact(s), etc.
·        Must possess a strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools, account-based tools (i.e., Hub Spot or similar), and data-driven decision-making.
·        Strong orientation and past success in setting up team operations and ensuring work scalability.
·        Experience providing marketing and strategy thought leadership.
·        Must hold and maintain a current passport. Occasional international travel is required.

Compensation
Salary range will scale DOE.
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, and competencies.

This position is full-time. Work is performed in office only.
