About the company:
We are a budding home decor startup, yet a leading one in the D2C space.
Two years ago, with a small team of people from Indore, we launched our game-changing self-watering planters. We believed then, as we do now, that home decor should be both beautiful and hassle-free.
Our self-watering plants with planters were an instant hit. Customers loved the idea of watering their plants just once a week. It has made plant parenting a breeze. And with their continued support, we have become known for delivering top-notch products that combine style and function seamlessly.
Our goal is to shake up the home decor industry by offering innovative solutions. We promise quick delivery of live plants, stunning design, premium quality, and easy plant care.

Responsibilities Area:
Video Production:
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality video content that aligns with the brand's vision and goals.
Create promotional videos, product demos, social media content, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging video concepts and scripts.
Post-Production:
Perform color correction, sound editing, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
Ensure all videos are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual aesthetics.
Optimize videos for various platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
Content Management:
Organize and manage video assets and archives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies to improve video production processes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and create videos that drive engagement and conversions.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth production process from start to finish.
Skills Required:
4+ years of experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of video editing skills and creative storytelling abilities.
Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
Excellent understanding of video formats, codecs, and output settings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
