Estimate the quantity and costs of materials, labor, and construction equipment. Negotiate contracts and pricing with contractors and suppliers. Conduct site visits to ensure construction complies with the initial specifications and industry standards. Assess potential risks and work on mitigating them. Report on financial status and make forecasts for project completion. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role. Strong understanding of construction costs and contracts. Adept in MS Office and Quantity Surveying software. Experience- 8-10 years preferred. Experience in a similar role. Pay range and compensation package Pay range or salary or compensation.
