Estimate the quantity and costs of materials, labor, and construction equipment. Prepare contract documents, including bills of quantities and other relevant details. Negotiate contracts and pricing with contractors and suppliers. Track changes to designs and adjust budget projections accordingly. Monitor and keep track of progress and contract compliance. Conduct site visits to ensure construction complies with the initial specifications and industry standards. Manage and process payments and invoices. Assess potential risks and work on mitigating them. Report on financial status and make forecasts for project completion. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role. Required Skills Strong understanding of construction costs and contracts. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder engagements. Detail-oriented and deeply organized. Adept in MS Office and Quantity Surveying software. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Experience- 8-10 years preferred.
