Position- Team Leader (RMS)
Experience- 10 years
Location - Noida
Key Responsibilities:
∙Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies;
∙Live tracking and management of risks associated with clients’ open position in derivatives segment as well as debits in T5 funding and MTF funding portfolios;
∙Conduct regular risk assessments and stress testing to evaluate potential impacts;
∙Coordinate with various back office and front office vendors for implementation of
company’s risk management policies as are in force from time to time;
∙Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement changes in relevant systems and processes before the prescribed regulatory deadline;
∙Ensure compliance with relevant circulars and guidelines w.r.t. clients’ trading activities from RMS
perspective;
∙Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to risk management practices;
∙Prepare and present risk reports to senior management;
∙Lead and mentor a team of risk management professionals, fostering a culture of risk awareness
and Enhance the existing risk management tools and systems to improve efficiency.
