Key Responsibilities:∙Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies;∙Live tracking and management of risks associated with clients’ open position in derivatives segment as well as debits in T5 funding and MTF funding portfolios;∙Conduct regular risk assessments and stress testing to evaluate potential impacts;∙Coordinate with various back office and front office vendors for implementation ofcompany’s risk management policies as are in force from time to time;∙Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement changes in relevant systems and processes before the prescribed regulatory deadline;∙Ensure compliance with relevant circulars and guidelines w.r.t. clients’ trading activities from RMSperspective;∙Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to risk management practices;∙Prepare and present risk reports to senior management;∙Lead and mentor a team of risk management professionals, fostering a culture of risk awarenessand Enhance the existing risk management tools and systems to improve efficiency.
