We are seeking a PMO to join the Assurance practice in our Mumbai office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services. The PMO is responsible for supporting the senior management of EA in coordinating with various teams across the audit functionand the Firm to track, implement and monitor different projects. The PMO will be responsible for managing projects from inception to after go-live. In this role, the PMO will need to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure significant initiatives are coordinated across teams. The role will involve direct project management of projects spanninginformation technology, humanresources, talent development, finance, facilities, and client services. Strong organization skills, communication skills, influencing skills and managing multiple priorities are vital for this role.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

• Assisting on domestic and global compliance management assurance engagements.
• Designing, mobilization and execution of all project management activities like compliance tracking, governance, reporting and risk management.
• Managing program communication, project meetings and out reach to engagement teams in different office locations.
• Support creating, validation and analysis of reporting dashboard– plan vs actual, financial forecast, profitability etc.
• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of various firm wide assurance projects.
• Liaise with various departments such as Finance, Marketing, IT, Training.
• Develop insights and actionable recommendations based on analyses.
• Track and report the client delivery timelines and proactively escalate any exceptions
• Liaise with the Audit leadership team on various ad-hoc projects.
• Working closely with resource management teams to track and maintain Critical path.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting and 5-8 years’ work experience
• Understanding of accounting firm business models and operations
• Ability to synthesize various sets of information to bring informative insights
• Detail-oriented, results-driven
• Exceptional in business, excel and other technology tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills; manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, both independently and within a team
• Collaborative approach, ability to work with various teams and stakeholders
