**Job Title:** Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

 

Gensol Engineering Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our solar projects.

 

**Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Quality Assurance Specialist with 3–7 years of experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in solar or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and electrical engineering and certifications in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) are a plus.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control Plans: Develop and implement quality control plans specific to civil & electrical in solar projects.
  • Civil and Electrical Activities Inspection: Inspect daily civil and electrical activities to identify and rectify quality issues proactively.
  • Subcontractor Oversight: Verify that subcontractors follow approved quality procedures and standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Quality-Related Reports: Prepare quality-related reports and documentation, including test results, checklists, and audit reports.
  • As-Built Documentation: Support the preparation of as-built documentation and handover packages.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local construction regulations, codes, and international standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, IS codes).
  • Audits and Reviews: Participate in audits and quality reviews, both internal and with clients.

 

**Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in solar or infrastructure projects.
  • Certifications in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in material testing and field inspections.
